Toowoomba is being developed left right and centre, with billions of dollars going into building up the city. The latest project to be revealed is a staggering 1500-lot new precinct, that will be complete with its own shopping district, community aquatics centre, and parklands.

…The Fernleigh development is a master-planned community which is proposed to include 1500 residential lots, a Coles supermarket, tavern and specialty retail.
It will also include a childcare centre, aquatic centre and community facilities.
